If you are using Shopify online store 2.0 you need to follow the process
Step-1:
First, Click on the Visit theme customizer link
Step-2:
Enable Slider Revolution App from theme customizer App embed section
App embed > Enable (Slider Revolution) > Save
Step-3:
Please remember that you have to save the slider before publishing.
- Go to Edit Slider > Click Save Button
- Copy Slider Shortcode
Step-4:
Go to theme customize editor and follow below steps
Go to Add section > Select App Tab > General Slider
NOTE
Here, you'll see three different sliders. The first one is for a countdown timer.
If you want to show a countdown, just click on this option.
The second slider is for displaying products from your store. If you have products you'd like to feature, use this one.
Lastly, there's the general slider. We'll go with this option because it doesn't require any special add-ons. It's perfect for a wide range of content.
Step-5:
Paste Slider shortcode > Save
