The app embed needs to be installed on your theme. Turning on the app embed will not display any popups on your site until one of the popups is enabled from the details page.
Enabling the theme app embed
The Popups app embed handles a clean install of the necessary scripts for your active theme. Once activated, there is no additional configuration in your theme settings. All display and trigger settings are set in the Popups app.
First Customize the current publish Theme
After that click on App embeds Icons
Then Enable Convertica and Save it
Note: If you’ve recently changed your between live themes for your shop, you will need to enable the app to embed on the live theme.
