Step 1: Install the Essential Grid Gallery App

1. Access the Shopify App Store:

   • Go to the Shopify App Store in your browser.

2. Search for Essential Grid Gallery:

   • Type Essential Grid Gallery in the search bar.
   • Locate the app in the search results.

3. Install the App:

   • Click on the Essential Grid Gallery app.
   • Click the Add App button to begin installation.
   • Follow the prompts to complete the installation process.

Step 2: Configure a Gallery in Essential Grid Gallery

1. Open the App:

   • Go to your Shopify Admin > Apps > Essential Grid Gallery.

2. Create a New Gallery:

   • Inside the app, click Create New Gallery or a similar option.
   • Add the images, videos, or media files you want to include in your gallery.

3. Customize the Gallery:

   • Configure the layout, such as grid, masonry, or carousel style.
   • Set options for image sizing, hover effects, pagination, and more.
   • Add titles or descriptions to your media files if needed.

4. Save the Gallery:

   • Once configured, save the gallery to generate an embed code or a section ID.

Step 3: Add the Gallery to Your Gallery Page

1. Insert the Gallery Section:

   • Open the Online Store > Pages in your Shopify Admin.
   • Select the Gallery Page or create a new one.

2. Embed the Gallery:

   • If the app provides an embed code, paste it into the HTML editor of your gallery page.
   • Alternatively, if the app integrates directly into the Shopify theme editor, go to Online Store > Customize, and add the gallery section to your page.

3. Connect the Gallery:

   • Use the gallery’s identifier (like an ID or shortcode) as provided by the app to display your gallery on the page.

4. Publish the Page:

   • Save the changes and preview the page to ensure the gallery appears correctly.

Step 4: Style and Optimize the Gallery

1. Adjust Styling (Optional):

   • Use the app’s settings or your theme’s custom CSS to further style the gallery.

2. Test Responsiveness:

   • Verify the gallery looks good on desktop and mobile devices.

3. Optimize Images:

   • Ensure the images are optimized for web performance to maintain fast load times.
