This Mini is owned and operated by ShopiDevs.

2. Use of the Mini

HomeScape AI allows users to upload photos of their spaces and receive AI-powered product recommendations across Shopify’s catalog.
You agree to use the Mini only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Misuse the Mini for fraudulent activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our systems
• Upload images containing sensitive or private data not intended for analysis

4. AI-Generated Suggestions

Product recommendations and classifications are generated using artificial intelligence.
They are for informational and discovery purposes only.
We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated results.

Users should verify product details before making a purchase.

5. Purchases & Shopify Checkout

HomeScape AI does not process payments.
All purchases are handled directly by Shopify and participating merchants through the Shop app. Any issues related to payment, returns, or shipping must be directed to the merchant or Shopify support.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Mini at any time if we detect:

• misuse,
• attempts to bypass security,
• or any activity that violates these Terms.

Users may stop using the Mini at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Mini is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access,
• error-free performance,
• accuracy of AI classifications or recommendations,
• availability of products from merchants.

Your use of the Mini is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShopiDevs is not liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages,
• loss of data,
• issues arising from AI results,
• purchase decisions made by users,
• or merchant/Shopify actions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Mini means you accept the revised Terms.
